We must be related. Your fascination with the desert easily equals my own. These clouds. Those cacti. Heaven on earth. F/L/TW.

Thank you so much for the great comment and support! It is indeed unlike any other place.

Fabulous cumulus clouds. I love the way they are hovering over the mountains, viewing the snow capped Catalinas in the background. Cumulus clouds do have a "puffy", "cotton-like" or "fluffy" appearance. Of course I am crazy for clouds. Even the Saguaros want to get a look as they stand at attention at Saguaro National Park West-Tucson Mountain District. We visited there after visiting Picacho Peak State Park. The clouds were fabulous over the Catalinas and Santa Rita Mountain ranges today. I just need to have my camera with me always. I am going to check out the wildflowers at Saguaro National Park East-Rincon Mountain District. It has been so windy. It's impossible to capture them blowing all over the place. Yellow wildflowers were covering the ground at I-10 and Colossal Cave Rd. Thanks for sharing these marvelous clouds with us, Chance. LF

Hi Janet, thank you so much for the wonderful comment. I am happy you liked this one. I was looking for flowers and did not see many. I want to get out to East before they disappear but I heard the crowds are big and it's hard to go during the week with work. Thank you again for visiting my page, so grateful for your support!
