Description
The Organ Pipe Rock Formation of Chiricahua National Monument in far southeastern Arizona is seen in black and white. These vertical pillars of eroded rock create a fascinating display for viewers entering the monument via Bonita Canyon. Located about two and a half hours east of Tucson, the Chiricahua Mountains are a hidden gem far off the beaten path and and iconic depiction of the alien landscapes of the American Southwest.
