Description
Fall has come to Arizona as the leaves atop Mount Lemmon have begun changing colors. The groves of alder, aspen and other leafy trees atop the Santa Catalina Mountains over a reprieve from the heat of the Sonoran Desert and Tucson below. In this scene, we see the radiance of the afternoon sunlight pouring onto the rocks and the golden leaves in the forest near Summerhaven, a small village at the end of the Catalina Highway.
